About the Author
Angela Hahn has been publishing patterns for hand knitting for almost ten years. Trained in veterinary medicine, she was a small animal vet for 15 years, before reluctantly giving up her practice due to severe allergies; she turned to knitwear design in 2005. Her first patterns were published online by Magknits and Knitty in 2006; since then, her designs have appeared in knitting magazines including Interweave Knits, Vogue Knitting, Knit.1, knit.wear, Knitscene, Enchanted Knits, and Jane Austen Knits; a number of knitting pattern books; and online at Twist Collective. She has also created knitting patterns for yarn companies, and self-publishes patterns on her website, www.knititude.com, and on Ravelry. While living in Como, Italy from 2006 to 2009, she was included by The Knitter magazine in their list of “Who’s Who of Worldwide Designers.” She currently resides in Cotuit, Massachusetts.

I rarely have knit for warm weather garments, The patterns available for warmer weather seeming to rarely inspire me . The patterns in this book do ! Unique, unexpected details make many of the patterns “knit worthy “ in my book . Stylish, but hint at classic -I’ll get more than one year of wearing :) Nothing that looks boring or knit with broomsticks here :) Glad to use the cotton , silk, linen stash being ignored for so long . No regrets and worth the space on your shelf .
I absolutely love this book and can't wait to knit several of the tops in it. The only question is, which one do I like best, and where do I start? Yes, the tops are that great. Instructions are clear and for several of the techniques, there are step by step photos showing how to achieve the desired result at the end of the book.
It's rare I find a knitting pattern book in which I like almost all the patterns. I find knitted cotton tanks very comfortable and so much prettier than T-shirts.
Many of these patters have the input shoulder which is very difficult for me to wear. There are a couple of patterns which I love.
I am a beginner knitter and found these beautiful tanks and tunic patterns easy to follow. So many to choose from!
I have not knit any from this book yet, but there are a lot I plan on knitting once I finish my current projects. For now I just keep looking at all of the patterns.
Love all teh pattern. Author are quite friendly.
Each of the patterns in this book is stellar (I've already made four). Fully fashioned, beautiful shaping, interesting designs, and clear instructions. Instructions for short row shaping and other techniques also very clear with helpful diagrams.
