There is an entry for every state, all in alphabetical order which necessitates plowing through many states info if you are from Wyoming or Wisconsin. This can be a long tedious haul in a Kindle. The book is well written by an experienced travel writer. The places she writes about are well done with contact info for every place presented. This book is a good outline for a more comprehensive work. If you are looking for detailed travel info this may be disappointing by the limited number of places mentioned in each state. The scope of the book is huge and the contact info for the entry's presented is detailed while the actual number of places and descriptions are very limited. For its price it is a good value just not happy with the limited number of entries per state. I would like something with more entries and with greater detail ie places to stay and eat as well as the attractions. .
